Hillbilly Hippie Dairy Goats reserves the right to retain any kid from any breeding.

Hillbilly Hippie Dairy Goats has first right of refusal of all purchased goats before being sold to the public at the original purchase price or at the reasonable market price.

Payment & Pickup Terms

Goats will only be held with a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the purchase price. No goats will be considered reserved without a deposit.

Kids must be picked up no later than weaning (8–10 weeks of age).

Adult goats must be picked up within two (2) weeks of the deposit being received.

If a goat is not picked up by the agreed-upon date, the goat will be relisted for sale, and the deposit will be forfeited.

**Goats must be paid in full, and contract signed before leaving the farm**

Once a date is chosen and the deposit is received, the goat is considered reserved in the buyer’s name.

Pricing varies based on lineage, traits, and/or show history. Prices are non-negotiable; however, we may consider package pricing when multiple goats are purchased at the same time.

Registration

Kids will be registered through ADGA online once paid for and picked up. Registration papers will be sent directly to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all registration fees.

Adult goats will leave the farm with signed registration papers. The buyer is responsible for transferring the registration into their name and for all associated fees.

Health Guarantee

We take the health and safety of our herd very seriously.

All goats leaving our farm are healthy and disease-free. We are not responsible for the health of any goat once it leaves our farm.

If a goat becomes ill or dies before leaving our farm, the buyer’s payment will be transferred to another available goat. If no goat is available at that time, the buyer will be placed on the list for the next kidding or Adult that becomes available.

Agreement & Payment Methods

Submitting a deposit confirms that the buyer agrees to all sale terms and understands that all payments are non-refundable.
